Blown film lines are used for function tests of polymers and compounds, for the development of multi-layer films, quality control for colour distribution, control of the dispersing behaviour of compounders and extruders or for the production of small film hoses in the food and medical sector.
These COLLIN lines are mainly used for medical and pharmaceutical applications – for example for the production of infusions bags or other mono or multi-layer products. Vertical extrusion into a water-cooled ring provides optimal film transparency. The modular design of the individual line components offers enormous flexibility for the production.
Blown film lines with air cooling of the film
Blown film lines with a diameter of 20 to 120 mm are suitable for the production of hoses with lay-flat widths of up to 790 mm.

These COLLIN lines are used for the production of infusion bags or other mono or multi-layer products. Vertical extrusion into a water cooling ring delivers optimal film transparency, e.g. suitable for PVC-free infusion bags or blood plasma bags.

Control
The control panel consists of a 10.1“touch screen (CMI 10), function keys, a data wheel and an emergency stop button. The control has an interface to the optionally available software Visual FECON.
