The COFICOS line is suitable for tests under adverse conditions close to a production line. The flat film die is extended into a closed test room with light source and camera. Thus, no foreign particles appear on the test film. The flat film line is suitable for an optical film inspection for standard polymers with a max. film thickness of approx.100 µm.
The line is moveable and includes the film production unit (as option with camera) and the take-off unit, depending on the order, with winder or cutting device as well as with sorting unit of marked and not marked samples.
